Vehicle portfolio of BSI Veicoli S.r.l. now available under the banner of Aebi Schmidt
With effect from 5 July 2013, Aebi Schmidt Holding AG entered into an agreement with the companies BSI Veicoli S.r.l., headquartered in I-66030 Arielli, and Meccanica Ortonese S.r.l., headquartered in I-66026 Ortona, which stipulates the acquisition of BSI"s vehicle portfolio.
Vehicle portfolio of BSI Veicoli S.r.l. now available under the banner of Aebi Schmidt(firmenpresse) - By taking this step, Aebi Schmidt Holding made another move towards diversification, thus consistently expanding its existing Transporter business segment by adding the product line of "fast runners". The acquisition of these Transporter models will further strengthen Aebi Schmidt"s market position in the vehicle technology segment.

Our extensive range of products comprises our own vehicles as well as innovative attachments and demountable devices for individual vehicle equipment. Everything from one source - this will allow for vehicles as well as attachments and demountable devices to be optimally adapted to both each other and individual customer requirements. Moreover, the vehicles" technical details will be further developed and optimised on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, with its sophisticated service and logistics concept, Aebi Schmidt provides optimum after-sales support.
The integration of selected products of BSI Veicoli S.r.l. and Meccanica Ortonese S.r.l. under Aebi Schmidt"s banner ensures the continuation of products of the BU-series. Market entrance for the transporter models Aebi MT750, Aebi MT740 and Aebi MT720 is scheduled for end of 2013.
