Detector Announces Passing of Founding Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/24/13 -- Detector Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DEX) ("Detector") announces the passing of founding director and chief executive officer Mr. Edward A. James.
Mr. James passed away of heart failure on July 11, 2013. Mr. James (Eddie) will be deeply missed by associates, colleagues and friends throughout the oil patch in Western Canada. Our hearts go out to family, relatives and friends of Eddie's.
Detector Exploration Ltd. has scheduled the 2013 Annual Meeting for Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Management expects to have a replacement nominee to fill Mr. James' position for the meeting in August.
Detector is an oil and gas corporation whose shares are listed for trading on TSX Venture Exchange Inc. under the symbol DEX.
