New, retail-friendly packaging for SCHNEIDER KREUZNACH accessories

(PresseBox) - Schneider-Kreuznach is introducing new transparent blister packs from the end of July 2013 to replace the skin packaging previously used. The advantage for retailers is that the resealable blister packs can be opened without the use of tools. After releasing the snap lock, the packaging can be opened and closed again. In addition, both the front and back of the blister are transparent. These are two major advantages compared to the old packaging where the product was firmly bonded between card and protective foil. ?This meets the needs of vendors in particular as it allows them to open the packaging if the customer requires and show them the product without damaging the packaging,? says Dietmar Kanzer, Sales Manager Germany for the Photo business unit at Schneider-Kreuznach. The new blister packs have been specially designed for the range of B+W accessories such as lens hoods, step-down rings, cleaning products and lens caps, giving them a consistent appearance that matches the color scheme of B+W filter boxes. They have a Euro slot for hanging on all standardized wall display systems in specialized stores.
