CWC Well Services Corp. Announces New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/26/13 -- CWC Well Services Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CWC) ("CWC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan A. Michaluk, CA, CMA as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Michaluk is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience in the oilfield services and oil and gas industry. Prior to his appointment with CWC, Mr. Michaluk served as Chief Financial Officer of IROC Energy Services Corp. ("IROC"), a service rig, coil tubing and rental company, for three years. Previous to IROC, Mr. Michaluk served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Fairmount Energy Inc. and Vice President, Finance for Nexen Marketing. Prior thereto, Mr. Michaluk held the position of Controller at Dynegy Canada Inc., Opal Energy Inc., and CanStates Gas Marketing as well as serving six years with Arthur Anderson & Co. "We are fortunate to have Ryan join our experienced management team and look forward to his quality financial leadership in the future growth of our Company," said Duncan Au, President and Chief Executive Officer.
In conjunction with Mr. Michaluk's appointment, CWC has accepted the resignation of Kevin Howell as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Howell for his contributions to CWC and wish him success in his future endeavors.
