Touchstone Exploration Inc. Retains Macam Investor Relations
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/26/13 -- Touchstone Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAB) is pleased to advise that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Macam Investor Relations ("Macam IR") to provide investor relation services, subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval. Macam IR will initiate and maintain contact with the financial community, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders for the purpose of increasing awareness of the Company and its activities.
The initial term of the agreement between the Company and Macam IR is for a one year period subject to renewal or earlier termination by either party subject to the terms of the agreement. Macam IR will receive a monthly average fee over a one year period of $8,076. In addition, subject to regulatory approval, Macam IR will be granted 600,000 options at an average exercise price of $0.33. The stock options will fully vest over the next twelve months and will expire two years from the date of issuance.
Touchstone Exploration Inc. is engaged in the business of acquiring interests in petroleum and natural gas rights, and the exploration, development, production and sale of petroleum and natural gas internationally. The Company is currently active in onshore properties located in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The Company's common shares are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "TAB".
