ÅRSSTÄMMA HAR HÅLLITS I RURIC AB (PUBL)
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HAS BEEN HELD IN RURIC AB (PUBL)
Den 26 juli 2013 hölls årsstämma i Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB
(publ). Årsstämman beslutade om fastställande av resultaträkning och
balansräkning samt koncernresultaträkning och koncernbalansräkning, beslutade om
disposition om tillgängliga vinstmedel, ansvarsfrihet för styrelsens ledamöter
och verkställande direktör för räkenskapsåret 2012, fastställande av arvoden åt
styrelsen och revisorerna samt valde styrelse och revisor för tiden intill och
inkluderande nästa årsstämma.
On 26 July, 2013, the annual general meeting in Russian Real Estate Investment
Company AB (publ) was held. The annual general meeting approved the profit and
loss account and the balance sheet as well as the consolidated profit and loss
accounts and the consolidated balance sheet, resolved on the allocation of
available profits, on the discharge from liability for members of the Board of
Directors and the Managing Directors for the financial year of 2012, on the
approval of fees for the Board of Directors and the auditors and elected a Board
of Directors and auditor for the period up to and including the next annual
general meeting.
Protokoll från årsstämman kommer att finnas tillgängligt inom två (2) veckor
från dagen för årsstämman.
Minutes from the annual general meeting will be available within two (2) weeks
from the day of the annual general meeting.
