Golar LNG Partners LP Second Quarter 2013 Cash Distribution

Golar LNG Partners LP (NASDAQ: GMLP) announced today that its board of directors
has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended
June 30, 2013 of $0.515 per unit. This is in line with the dividend declared in
respect of the first quarter.
This cash distribution will be paid on August 14, 2013 to all unitholders of
record as of the close of business on August 5, 2013.
