entered into a partnership agreement with Link Consulting, a leading IT
Solutions&Services Company in Portugal. This partnership agreement offers
(prospective) clients in Portugal local support and implementation resources

Link has developed world-class Information and Communications Technologies as
well as planning and management control systems for industries like
Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance, Logistics and Distribution and
Passenger Transportation. Link and BWise will join forces in selling,

clients to significantly improve business performance, effectively manage their
financial and reputational risks and ensure compliance in a cost efficient way.
