(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/13 -- Jolted Media Group announced today that it has signed an ad serving and technology licensing agreement with AOL Canada, to license their ad serving and technology platform to serve video advertising on AOL Canada sites. The company Jolted Media was awarded a patent for their proprietary serving technology in September 2012 and has been using the technology since 2009.

The nature of the ad serving technology allows AOL and JMG's other partners to provide users with a seamless, undisturbed video experience, and at the same time, deliver a high impact advertising solution. "Providing an uninterrupted and high earning video experience was our goal, and through our technology patent, I believe we've solved a major gap in the video advertising space," says Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Jolted Media Group.

Brands such as Alliance, Universal, Wireless Wave, Warner Bros, and Taco Bell have all used this patent. Click through rates are among the industry highest, user feedback has been positive, and earnings for publishers are stronger than traditional 30-second pre-rolls, creating a win-win-win environment.

Jolted Media Group, through its brand Goodio, is an industry leader in video acquisition and content distribution, reaching a potential audience of over 835 million video streams on a monthly basis. The company has partnerships with Microsoft, Yahoo!, Bell and many more. The company also owns a video advertising patent; which allows it to monetize video in a more efficient and effective way.
