The Board of Tangibal Group Plc (“Tangibal”) announces that at today's Annual General Meeting all proposed resolutions were duly passed.
Jonathan Hall, Tangibal’s non-executive Chairman, comments “the successful completion of our AGM enables Tangibal to move forward with our strategy of funding and operating interactive media systems in the cinema and digital out of home sectors internationally”.
