Results of the EGM of Royal Imtech 2 August 2013

Today, Royal Imtech N.V.'s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM)
granted the requested approval on its 2012 annual accounts.
In addition, the EGM appointed Mr. Paul van Gelder as member of the Board of
Management. Mr. Kees van Lede and Mr. Frans Cremers were appointed as members of
the Supervisory Board. Royal Imtech is pleased that with the appointments three
outstanding and experienced professionals will be joining its organization.
The EGM decided to authorize the Board of Management (with approval of the
Supervisory Board) as the company body authorized to issue ordinary shares; and
restrict or exclude pre-emptive rights in relation thereto.
