HPIL Holding Announces Sale of Stock
(firmenpresse) - SAGINAW, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 08/02/13 -- HPIL Holding (the "Company") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that it sold 165,000 shares of treasury common stock of the Company (the "Common Stock") at a price of $5.45 per share for a total purchase price of $899,250. The Common Stock was sold in a private transaction pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement dated July 27, 2013.
