STONESOFT'S PRESS CONFERENCES FOR ANALYSTS AND INVESTORS CANCELLED

Stonesoft Corporation Stock Exchange Release August 5, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
Stonesoft Corporation has previously announced it will host press conferences
for analysts and investors on 9 August and 25 October 2013. The press
conferences have been cancelled due to changes in the company's ownership.
Currently McAfee Suomi Funding LLC's ("McAfee") ownership represents more than
95 percent of all the shares and voting rights in Stonesoft.
McAfee has on 15 July 2013 announced it has initiated compulsory redemption
proceedings for the remaining Stonesoft shares under the Finnish Companies Act.
