("Mincom" or "the Company"), a Capital Pool Company ("CPC") trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V" or "the Exchange") (TSX VENTURE: MOI.P), announces that following its annual general shareholders meeting of May 10, 2013, Mr. Robin Dow was appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Dow replaces Mr. Andre Audet who did not stand for re-election at the annual meeting.
