(TSX VENTURE: CZH) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Mitchell Alland has resigned as the Company's President, Executive Chairman, Secretary and as a Director to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Darryl Cardey, the Company's CFO, will replace Mr. Alland as Acting President, Chairman, and Secretary.
