ROK Stars PLC, the consumer and environmental products development company
founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria and UK entrepreneur Jonathan
Kendrick, has announced the company has increased the number of shares it
has in issue from 100 million to 115 million.
The increase in shares in issue comes as a result of the company's
acquisition of the controlling interest in the operating company of
Bavarian-based brewery ABK GmbH, announced on the 20th May 2013, and the
share swap with Alpha Prospects PLC, announced on the 6th June 2013.
