Power Pack Solutions at INTERBIKE
(PresseBox) - VARTA Microbattery will be in Las Vegas for INTERBIKE from September 18th to the 20th 2013 to promote its CellPac BIKE battery service including the example and brand new off-the-shelf solution 'VARad'.
Successfully designing high-end power packs for the Industrial, Medical and Communications markets, VARTA Microbattery now expands with the BIKE division to bring their know-how into pedelecs and e-bikes.
The service offers a package from design-in to testing, the complete range of steps from A to Z which are indispensable to offer a strong, safe and aesthetically pleasing Power Pack for pedelecs.
One design example and off-the-shelf product is the NEW 'VARad' which provides continuous discharge current of 25A and a peak current of 30A. Common pedelec power packs provide just continuous discharge currents of 14A to 15A and peak currents of 20A.
Thanks to this high discharge rate the VARTA battery can run the motor longer at its maximum power of 250W than other systems can.
At booth #4006 the professional audience can expect to get a closer insight of the professional service CellPac BIKE offers and can see examples and successes, including award-winning designs which are already on the market powered by VARTA Microbattery.
