Hamilton, Bermuda August 14, 2013 –NeoMedigen Limited, a public company traded on the Berlin Exchange under Ticker Symbol 6NM, announced today that its Board of Directors approved a Special General Meeting of the Shareholders wherein a vote would be taken to change the name of the Company to RezGen5 Limited.
NeoMedigen founder Stuart Garrett commented, “ We feel that rebranding the Company will serve to better identify our Company to consumers as our products come to market.”
Existing shareholders of Neomedigen should be aware that the name change requires a change of the Company’s International Securities Identification Number or ISIN. Therefore all existing shareholders should ascertain with the respective banks or brokers that hold their securities that their share positions have been correctly settled and that proper delivery of the security has been received in their accounts.
In a separate resolution, the Board of Directors agreed to nominate Walker grant to the Board of Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. grant is an Alabama based entrepreneur and investor in Neomedigen. Mr. Grant commented, “ If elected by the shareholders, look forward to helping the Company accelerate its research and Development agenda.”
