Saarbruecken - August 14th, 2013. The Management Board of ItN Nanovation AG
(ISIN DE000A0JL461) was informed that the previous anchor shareholders of
the company, Dr. Wilfried Stoll and Dr. h.c. Kurt Stoll, each of whom had
been holding more than 7% of the capital stock, have transferred their
shares to their children and are therefore no longer shareholders of the
company. The children of Dr. Wilfried Stoll and Dr. h.c. Kurt Stoll
informed the Management Board of ItN Nanovation AG that as of now each of
them is holding more than 3% or more than 5% of the shares of our company.
We value this transfer within the families as proof of the continuing
confidence of our shareholders in ItN Nanovation AG.

transfer of shares to the children guarantees continuity in this
