Golden Ocean's second quarter 2013 results will be released on Friday August
23, 2013. Please note that the date is changed compared to the Financial
Calendar published December 27, 2012.
In connection with the release a presentation and a teleconference/webcast will
be held as described below:

A presentation of Golden Ocean's second quarter 2013 results will take place in
