Valencia Announces Reclassification to Tier II

(TSX VENTURE: VVI) ("Valencia" or the "Company") reports that TSX Venture Exchange has advised that effective August 14, 2013, the Company will be reclassified to Tier 2, in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.5.
