Atrion Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 14%

(firmenpresse) - ALLEN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/13 -- Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) today announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 56 cents per share to 64 cents per share. Specifically, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 30, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 13, 2012.
