new offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. The new locations strengthen Woodbridge's
presence in China, allowing the firm to serve more Chinese middle-market

Woodbridge's China offices are headed by Bob Dodds, a seasoned China-based
investment banker, fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, with
decades of financial advisory and transaction experience. Bob and his team will
advise Woodbridge's clients in Greater China in the areas of mergers and
acquisitions and strategic consulting.
Bob has been an M&A advisor to many leading international companies and Chinese
enterprises in China for over 15 years. He served as Managing Director and Head
of China M&A for the Global Investment Banking division of HSBC, based in
Shanghai, and also played a key role in Morgan Stanley's joint venture in China,
China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) where he worked for seven
years and was the senior foreign banker when he departed in 2004. Bob holds J.D.
and M.S.F.S degrees from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Columbia
University.
Bob is joined by Yang Ye, a senior associate based in Shanghai, who previously
worked for 10 years in the investment banking department of CICC and as a Senior
Investment Manager at Pacific Asset Management Company, Ltd.
