SMA Alliance, Inc. Announces Share Cancellation
(firmenpresse) - NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/13 -- SMA Alliance Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAA) is pleased to announce the board has voted and approved the retirement of 170,000,000 shares of its currently outstanding shares. With this cancellation, total outstanding shares for the company are reduced from 301.9 million shares to 131.9 million, which approximates a 56% percent reduction. The company is in the process of identifying additional shares that can be added on to this cancellation. Completion of this share cancellation process is expected to occur by September 1st, 2013.
SMA Alliance has also made a change in its transfer agent of record from Standard Registrar to Pacific Stock Transfer Company. The above changes are all part of the reorganization of the Company with the intent to maximize company revenues and profits and also have a beneficial impact on shareholder value.
