Arrowhead Water Products Releases Third Quarter Financial Results
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/13 -- Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. ("Arrowhead" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AWA) reports its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial and operating results for the three and nine month periods ended June 30, 2013. The Company also advises that it has completed the sale of its water business and is in the process of winding up that business subject to paying out certain outstanding payables and the receipt of royalties and the last installment of the purchase price from the purchaser which is in the amount of $533,400 and is due and payable by the purchaser to the Company on January 7, 2014. In the interim, the Board is reviewing various strategic alternatives for the Company and plans to continue the Company as a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange with a new business.
