Dear Fellow Shareholder,
It has been a while since I or anybody else has properly communicated with you; and I apologize for this.
As you know, we have completed the financing and our acquisition of a first paramedical clinic. This clinic will add $1.45 million to our sales, with considerable and positive net income. This first acquisition took longer than any one expected, but I'm confident that we are well established now, and we are working on more acquisitions in the weeks to come, using similar models that we employed for acquiring Physiomed Kennedy.
I am, however, very disappointed with our share price, especially after our recent announcement. I am sure you are as well. We will be announcing our Q1 results in the next few week, which I expect may be successful, especially when compared with last year. Combined with our most recent press release announcing our acquisition of Physiomed Kennedy Inc., I hope our share price and volume will move higher in the very near future.
In addition to making some management and board announcements, in the coming weeks we will be allocating resources towards supporting the market for our equity. Doing this will hopefully result in increased and steadier volume and share price. Our Q2 numbers may also appear to be tracking significantly better than last year's; which will be communicated to you and the public as well.
I hope to be in Germany for an Investor update at the beginning of October 2013 and would value the opportunity to meet with you. In the meantime, please feel free to call or write to me with any questions or comments that you might have.
