Reference is made to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Copeinca ASA to be
held 2 September 2013. Pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Public Limited
Liability Companies Act, the Board of Directors of Copeinca ASA has resolved to
appoint Mr. Stig Berge to open the General Meeting, which will be held in the
offices of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, Haakon VIIs gate 10, 0161 Oslo, Norway.
