Curanum expands market position through Phönix integration
Curanum AG announces that a majority of shareholders at its Ordinary
Shareholders' General Meeting on August 21, 2013 approved the non-cash
capital contribution (under exclusion of subscription rights) of the Phönix
Group. The Phönix Group is to be integrated into the Curanum Group with
effect as of September 1, 2013. Curanum AG thereby continues to expand its
position as Germany's largest listed care home group.
