RHJ International: Transparency Declaration - Notification: Davis Selected Advisers, L.P.

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Davis Selected Advisers,
L.P. sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they
hold had fallen below the threshold of 3% of the total outstanding shares issued
by RHJ International ("RHJI") on August 18, 2013.
On August 18, 2013, Davis Selected Advisers, L.P. held 2,400,348 voting rights,
representing a stake of 2.81% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a stake of
4.94% as disclosed in its previous transparency declaration.
A copy of the notification form sent by Davis Selected Advisers, L.P. is
available on RHJI's corporate website under "Investor Relations - Transparency
Rules".
