On July 4, 2013, the shareholders of Private Equity Holding Ltd approved a
payment from capital reserves of CHF 2.25 per share, which is generally tax-
exempt for individuals domiciled in Switzerland. September 23, 2013 is the ex-
date, September 25, 2013 is the record date and September 26, 2013 is the
payment date for this distribution.
Shareholders also approved the tax-exempt cancellation of 375'000 shares, which
will be completed on September 19, 2013.
