Hunter Bay Minerals Announces New CEO
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/13 -- Hunter Bay Minerals plc ("Hunter Bay") (TSX VENTURE: HBY)(OTCQX: HTBNF) announces that the board of directors has determined, effective immediately, to appoint Nico Civelli as Chief Executive Officer of Hunter Bay. Nico Civelli has served as the Vice President of Finance and as Non-Executive Director since March 2011.
Mr. Civelli is a Zurich-based independent financial advisor who provides financial consultancy services through his wholly-owned company Niconsult Ltd. In this capacity, Mr. Civelli works closely with several leading European and North American private asset management companies and funds, which specialize in the natural resources sector. Mr. Civelli studied at the Universities of Zurich and St. Gallen in Switzerland before completing a Masters Degree in Applied Finance at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia. Mr. Civelli is currently Vice President of Finance and a director of Terra Nova Energy Ltd. and an independent director of Callinex Mines Inc.
