Eltek ASA: Tax assessment for 2010 and 2011

Eltek ASA has received a notification from the tax authorities that they are
considering changing the tax assessment for 2010 and 2011 related to loss on
intercompany receivables. The implication of the proposed changes will be a
reduction of tax loss carried forward of approximately NOK 460 mill and a
corresponding negative impact on capitalized deferred tax assets and equity of
approximately NOK 130 mill. Eltek ASA disputes the tax authorities preliminary
evaluation.
