Taglich Brothers Reiterates Speculative Buy Rating on OxySure Systems, Inc.

The firm set a 12-month price target of $2.10 on the stock.
In the research update, Taglich Brothers also raised its revenue estimates for OXYS in anticipation of higher sales from the company's military subcontract.
