INC Research Strengthens C-Suite with Addition of Chief Administrative Officer Role

Raleigh, N.C., Aug. 27, 2013 - INC Research LLC, a therapeutically focused
global clinical research organization (CRO) with a Trusted Process® for
delivering reliable results, today announced the appointment of Christopher L.
Gaenzle to the newly created role of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), further
rounding out the Company's executive leadership team. The creation of the CAO
role is designed to enhance INC's focus on key initiatives related to the
development and deployment of a best-in-class workforce, supporting the
Company's strategy for continued growth and expansion as a top-tier CRO. Mr.
Gaenzle, who joined INC Research in April 2012 as General Counsel and Corporate
Secretary, will continue to serve in this capacity in addition to assuming the
CAO role, through which he will provide global leadership for such key functions
as Human Resources, Training and Corporate Quality.

As General Counsel for INC Research, Mr. Gaenzle has been responsible for the
Company's legal affairs for the U.S. and internationally, and advises the Board
of Directors, the CEO and the executive team on legal matters. In addition, Mr.
Gaenzle oversees INC's Corporate Quality and compliance functions. With the
addition of the CAO role, he also will provide overall leadership for the Human
Resources, Training and Facilities functions. Mr. Gaenzle has nearly 20 years
of private practice and corporate legal experience, the majority in the
pharmaceutical, medical and clinical research industries. Prior to joining INC
he was Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer Inc. He brings to the CAO role
valuable experience gained at Pfizer where his responsibilities included
operational support and talent management at a functional level.
The creation of the CAO role and the appointment of Mr. Gaenzle complement other
executive leadership moves at INC Research in recent months, including the
appointments of Greg Rush as Executive Vice President and CFO and Ian
Braithwaite, PhD, as Executive Vice President and General Manager, General
Medicine.
