30/08/2013: The follow-up rating performed by Creditreform Rating AG
confirmed the A- rating that has been achieved in August 2012 when
Enterprise Holdings issued a 35m euro bond to the financial markets. The
corporate bond is listed in the Entry Standard segment at Boerse Frankfurt
(International Security Identification Number (ISIN): DE000A1G9AQ4).
Andrew Flowers, CEO of Enterprise Holdings: 'This top rating again
indicates that we have issued one of the best listed Mittelstandsbonds. We
face a strong growth in our niche insurance business and we already have
separated more than 4.0m euro from monthly operational profits in the
special account to secure the payments for the interests and the principal
amount to the bond holders.'
The first interest payment of 2.45m euro for the bond issue will be due on
26 September 2013.

The consolidated Group annual statements as of 31 March 2013 are currently
audited and will be disclosed in September 2013.
