New Name Reflects Corporate Focus on Nevada Mining Exploration

(PINKSHEETS: CJTF) announced today that the company has officially changed its name to Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. All necessary documents have been filed in Nevada and with Finra to formally complete the name change. Management expects to receive Finra approval and to be trading under a new ticker symbol in the next few weeks. The stock will continue to trade under the CJTF ticker symbol until that point.

Changing the corporate name is necessary so shareholder interests and mining business partners clearly identify our corporate mission.
