(Oslo 5 September 2013) EVRY ASA has on 4 September 2013 purchased 700 000 own
shares at an average price of NOK 9,69 per share. After this transaction, EVRY
ASA owns a total of 1 394 913 own shares.
The transaction is part of the share buyback program announced by EVRY on 16
July 2013.
