DEAG: Martina Bruder appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board/
Increased focus on digital strategy
Berlin, September 05, 2013 - DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG (ISIN
DE000A0Z23G6) announces the appointment of Martina Bruder as a new member
of the Supervisory Board of DEAG. Mrs Bruder succeeds to Christine
Novakovi?, who resigned from the Supervisory Board after six years, to
focus on other professional priorities.
With Martina Bruder DEAG has secured the support of an experienced manager
with many years of expertise in the digital and marketing fields. Bruder
was, amongst other things, Managing Director of VIVA Fernsehen GmbH as well
as Deputy Managing Director at Yahoo Germany. Martina Bruder is currently
CEO of FriendScout24 GmbH and a member of the Group Board of the Scout24
Group. She is, more particularly, in charge of Brand&Communication and
Online Marketing on that Board. Moreover, Bruder is a member of the
Supervisory Board of InteractiveMedia CCSP GmbH.

In the wake of the expansion of the digital competency of DEAG, Hendrik
Schisler will reinforce the marketing team. Schisler worked previously in
marketing for renowned companies such as PayPal and eBay and most recently
he was, as Manager Digital Marketing, co-responsible for the studio and
social media activities of The Walt Disney Company GSA.
