Metso Corporation's four biggest registered shareholders on August 30, 2013,
have named the following persons as their representatives in Metso's Nomination
Board:
Lars Förberg, Managing Partner (Cevian Capital);
Kari Järvinen, Managing Director (Solidium Oy);
Harri Sailas, President and CEO (Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company);
and
Matti Vuoria, President and CEO (Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company).
Jukka Viinanen, Chairman of Metso's Board of Directors, will serve as the
Nomination Board's expert member.
Metso's Nomination Board, established by the Annual General Meeting, will
prepare proposals on the members of the Board of Directors and their
remuneration.
