Lorito Holdings (Guernsey) Limited and Zebra Holdings & Investments (Guernsey) Limited Acquire Shares of Waterloo Resources Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - GUERNSEY, CHANNEL ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 09/05/13 -- Lorito Holdings (Guernsey) Limited ("Lorito") and Zebra Holdings & Investments (Guernsey) Limited ("Zebra"), two companies controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that they had acquired ownership of 3,703,705 common shares and 5,555,555 common shares respectively of Waterloo Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE: WAT) ("Waterloo") by way of a private placement of units on July 9th, 2013. As a result of these acquisitions, Lorito and Zebra together hold a total of 17,109,887 common shares of Waterloo representing 24.59 % of the issued and outstanding capital of Waterloo as well as 4,629,631 warrants to purchase one common share of Waterloo for a period of five years after the date of issue at an exercise price of Cdn$ 0.72 per Warrant Share, subject to adjustment.
Lorito and Zebra are joint actors with respect to their holdings in Waterloo and have acquired the shares for investment purposes. Each of Lorito and Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease their investment in Waterloo depending upon the business and prospects of Waterloo and depending upon future market conditions.
