Canadian junior oil producer Prairie West Oil & Gas Ltd. (FRA: 1WP) is pleased to announce at this time that it is close to filing the Prospectus for admission onto the Entry Standard.

Prairie West first announced its intent to upgrade its listing to the entry standard in the last quarter of 2010. Now that the end goal is in sight the company is excited that they have been able to execute and follow through.
