Viosolar Inc. Announces Proposed Change of Jurisdiction
(firmenpresse) - ATHENS, GREECE -- (Marketwired) -- 09/12/13 -- Viosolar Inc. (OTCQB: VIOSF) (the "Company") announces the following events:
On September 10, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the change of the Company's corporate jurisdiction from the Province of Alberta to the State of Nevada. The change of the corporate jurisdiction is subject to the approval of the stockholders of the Company.
The date of the meeting of the stockholders to vote on the change of the corporate jurisdiction is expected be determined after the United States Securities and Exchange Commission declares a registration statement on Form S-4, filed on September 11, 2013, effective.
