Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CINCINNATI, September 12, 2013 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), today announced that
its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share
on the Company's common stock, to be paid on September 27, 2013, to all
stockholders of record on September 23, 2013.
