("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that Trapeze Group, a subsidiary of its wholly owned division Volaris Group, has signed a significant contract with Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH ("VGF") in Frankfurt, Germany, for a comprehensive intelligent transportation system upgrade.
As the passenger transport authority for the entire Frankfurt region, VGF is updating its existing components and systems and expanding its network of services in and around Frankfurt. The Trapeze solution for VGF includes the supply and installation of a cutting-edge integrated Intermodal Transport Control System (ITCS) for bus, train and underground railway services.
VGF operates more than 500 vehicles to move over 160 million passengers annually and has been a valued Trapeze customer for years.
