White Pine Announces Appointment of John G. Tait as Officer and Director

Tait as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tait has also joined White Pine's Board of Directors. Mr. Robert D. Cudney has resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer and has assumed the position of non-executive Chairman of White Pine. The appointment of Mr. Tait remains subject to the receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals.
