Concordia Announces Filing of Notice of Intention to Sell
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/13 -- Concordia Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CCN) ("Concordia" or the "Company") announces that it has filed a Notice of Intention to Distribute Securities under Section 2.8 of National Instrument 45-102 Resale of Securities in respect of the proposed sale of up to 28,540,393 common shares in the capital of Western Lithium USA Corporation. A copy of the Notice is attached as Schedule "A" hereto.
