Active Growth Capital Appoints New Directors
(firmenpresse) - VAL D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/16/13 -- Active Growth Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ACK) ("ACK" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointed of Mr. Victor Dario and Mr. Derek Sutherland as Director and Member of the Audit Committee of the Corporation.

Their familiarity with the early-stage environment, experience with junior mining issuers and financings will allow us to maximize resources now while drawing on their experience to achieve our long term objectives." said Marc Labrecque, Interim President and CEO of the Corporation.
Mr. Dario is internationally active from Zurich. He currently serves as deputy chairman of the board of PHZ Bank Zurich and brings more than three decades of experience in the areas of corporate finance and asset management. Victor Dario holds a master's degree in economics and finance from the University of Zurich. Mr. Dario will act as Chairman of the Corporation's Audit Committee.
Mr. Sutherland is a Canadian citizen who has been residing in Mexico City for the past 7 years. He brings nineteen years of international experience advising junior public companies in a number of different industries, with an emphasis on raising capital, creating market awareness and assisting with business development strategy. Mr. Sutherland was the principal of Sutherland Communications Inc., a Toronto, Ontario, Canada, based Investor Relations specialty firm, which enjoyed an excellent track record. The company is very excited to have Mr. Sutherland as a member of its Board of Directors, and is looking forward to enjoying his collaboration, in particular, drawing on his vast experience and international contacts, as the company prepares to acquire new projects, finance future stages of development and ultimately enhance shareholder value.
