Black Diamond Group Schedules Release of Third Quarter 2013 Financial Results and Announces September Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/18/13 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI) announced today that it has scheduled the release of its third quarter 2013 financial results after the close of regular market trading on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Following the release, the Company will host a teleconference and webcast at 4:30 p.m. MDT to review the third quarter results. A question and answer period will follow remarks by Trevor Haynes, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Burnyeat, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Black Diamond also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of September of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013. The ex-dividend date is September 26, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
