Jenex Files Financial Statements

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/19/13 -- The Jenex Corporation ("Jenex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: JEN.H) - Jenex is pleased to announce that it has filed financial statements for the years ended 2010, 2011 and 2012 and for the interim periods ended October 31. 2012, January 31, 2013 and April 30, 2013, together with the MD&A and officer certifications under National Instrument 52-109 for each of those financial statements. Jenex is applying to the securities commissions in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario for a revocation of the cease trade orders outstanding against the Company.
