USG People COO Hubert Vanhoe to leave the organisation

Almere, 23 September 2013 - USG People announced that Hubert Vanhoe is to leave
the company. As one of two COOs, Mr. Vanhoe was a member of the Executive Board
of USG People N.V., where he held responsibility for a number of specialist
staffing brands as well as USG Professionals.
The implementation of the 2011 strategy redesign has considerably reduced the
size and complexity of the company over the past few years, with the
consolidation at the same time resulting in a more manageable number of brands
to run. As a result, the senior management structure of the company can be
simplified. This has consequences for Mr. Vanhoe's responsibilities, meaning
that his job will effectively cease to exist. Mr. Vanhoe will remain at the
organisation's disposal until 1 October 2013 in order to hand over ongoing
projects.
USG People would like to express its thanks to Hubert Vanhoe for his
contribution to the development of the company over the past years and wishes
him every success in his future career.
Mr. Vanhoe's duties will be assumed by Rob Zandbergen (CEO).
